Who we are

BloxBot and bloxbot.ai are provided by Paralov AS (organization number 936 301 185), Tordenskjolds gate 9, 4612 Kristiansand, Norway ("we"). By downloading or using BloxBot or the website, you agree to these terms.

BloxBot is free and open source

BloxBot is free. Its source code is available under the MIT License, which governs your use of the code. These terms cover the builds we distribute and the website.

Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, use BloxBot with a parent's or guardian's permission.

Your AI provider

BloxBot connects to an AI provider using your own account or API key. Your use of that provider is governed by its terms, and you are responsible for any charges it bills you. We are not responsible for the provider's service, availability, or costs.

Roblox

BloxBot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. You are responsible for following the Roblox Terms of Use and for anything you create or publish with BloxBot.

AI output

AI can be wrong. BloxBot lets an AI read and change your Roblox place, including scripts and objects. Review changes before you publish, and keep backups of work you care about. You are responsible for how you use the output.

Your content

Your prompts, projects, and the output you create are yours. We do not claim ownership. Our Privacy Policy describes the usage data BloxBot shares with us and how to turn it off.

Acceptable use

Do not use BloxBot to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to create malware or harmful content, or to interfere with our services or anyone else's.

No warranty

BloxBot is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change or stop BloxBot or the website at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost work, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of BloxBot. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date. If you keep using BloxBot after a change, the updated terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes go to Agder District Court (Agder tingrett), unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use the courts where you live.
